Wrong Java Version Installed. After setting environment variable start the ILM server by using startApplimationbat script. When I click on Java Web Start it errors out showing me that its trying to open cprogram filesjavajre150_06binjavawexe but this version does not exist on the machine anymore.
The version I have installed and need to use is 142_09. Well then see a popup dialog appear that looks similar to this. It turns out this last line was setting JAVA_VERSION to 1109 which doesnt match anything in JAVA_ALLOWED_VERSION.
Install with administrative privileges.
